New Home Construction Staging:

We can stage a newly constructed home at a fraction of the cost of a fully designed model.  Staging will focus on highlighting the homes features and assets not on the furnishings. 


Buyer Staging Assistance: 

We can assist buyers in the sale of their house, so they can purchase your newly constructed home.  If they are unable to sell the existing house they will not be able to complete the purchase of the new home.  Let us help them get their current house staged for sale.  Working in partnership with the Builder the Staging fee is offered to the Buyer by the Builder as an incentive which helps the buyer sell their current home and move into the new home community.

If you have inventory homes in a community we can stage these to help attract buyers.  We can use your furniture inventory or our furniture to complete the staging.
