Consultation Report - for the "do it yourself" homeowner:
This service is for the homeowner who is motivated to roll up their sleeves and do the staging work but needs a little guidance.
A staging professional will meet with you at your home for a 1 1/2 to 3 hour consultation. A thorough inspection of the inside and outside of your home will take place. Notes and pictures of every room will be taken. After compiling the information, a detailed written report will be provided to the homeowner outlining the necessary steps to prepare your unique home for sale. The report will include detailed instructions, maintenance recommendations, furniture placement, and photos. Once the homeowner has completed the staging, a staging professional will return (by appointment) to review your work and help place any finishing touches necessary. If at anytime the homeowner needs additional help a staging professional can be called in to help finish the staging for an additional fee. A flat rate of $300-500 applies to this service based on the scale of the property.
Full Service Staging:
This service is for the homeowner looking to achieve top dollar for their property but does not have the time or desire to complete the staging work themselves. Bring in the professionals!
An accredited staging professional will meet with you or your real estate agent at your home to tour and discuss the properties features. Notes and pictures will be taken. Within 24 hours a written proposal will be prepared detailing the costs of the staging services. Remember we can work within any budget - staging as much or as little as your budget will allow.
Once the proposal is accepted an appointment for staging day will be made. On the day of staging we will use proven staging techniques to maximize the space and visual appeal of each room in the house. The process will include using your furniture and accessories as well as additional decorative pieces to enhance the home's visual appeal. Fees are based on the scope of each individual project.
Vacant Home Staging:
This service is for homeowners or builders looking to showcase their property in today's real estate market.
Vacant homes lack the warm and inviting feeling that attracts buyers. An empty house makes it difficult tor buyers to visualize themselves living there. Staging Style will highlight the home's assets with the use of key decorative pieces and furniture.
A staging professional will take a quick tour of your property taking pictures, notes and measurements. A written proposal will be prepared within 24 hours detailing the staging fee and furniture rental fees. Once the proposal is accepted a staging day will be scheduled. Staging Style will coordinate the furniture delivery from the rental company along with completing the staging services. Staging Style does have a large inventory of furniture for rent which results in significant savings for the homeowner. Fees are based on the scope of each individual project.
Sell this House Staging:
Hands-on staging to be done with homeowners and/or Realtor
This service is for those homeowners or Realtors ready, willing, and able to roll up their sleeves and stage! A Staging Style professional will meet with you at the occupied property and spend the next two hours together re-arranging furniture and accessories to increase the visual appeal of your home. The flat fee for this service is $250 for two hours. Additional fees apply for extended time.
Staging Style serves Columbia, Dutchess, Putnam, and Northern Westchester counties New York, as well as, Northern Fairfield county Connecticut.
